Gloss Anthracite J-Pull Kitchen
& Silestone Blanco Norte Worktops
This cottage, in the peaceful Oxfordshire village of Murcott, had a separate kitchen and dining room. Our clients wanted to create a bright, airy kitchen-diner with a modern feel.
We removed the supporting wall between the kitchen and dining room, reinforcing the support with a steel. Once the floor was levelled we laid the underfloor heating. The floor surface was latexed in preparation for the natural oak floor, and the room was ready for the kitchen installation.
The gloss units, with J-pull doors, are a mixture of Cashmere and Anthracite. The Silestone Blanco Norte infinity worktops and Quooker Flex hot water tap enhance the bright and modern feel of the room.
The central island incorporates drawers and cupboards on each side, with false doors for symmetry at the ends. The induction hob, downdraft extractor and pop up socket are all accommodated within the structure of the island, offering a sociable kitchen layout.
